Leadership, School Improvement, & High Reliability Schools Virtual Workshop
A Live Event with Philip B. Warrick

The main purpose of a school is student achievement, and school leaders must maintain a single-minded focus on that goal in order to attain and sustain it. During this highly interactive virtual workshop, Phil Warrick challenges and equips leaders and leadership teams to achieve high levels of student achievement by achieving a high level of reliability as a school. Participants will explore the High Reliability Schools (HRS) framework, a hierarchy of five progressive levels of school improvement. Rather than adding any new initiatives, the HRS framework provides a structure to organize and prioritize the school’s current and future initiatives to ensure maximum success and lasting effectiveness. Join Phil Warrick for an experience that may change your perspective on the ability of schools to guarantee the success of every student.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Learn why the HRS framework is a powerful solution for school improvement.
  • Explore critical aspects to the HRS leadership approach, including leading indicators, lagging indicators, and the use of quick data.
  • Gain practical strategies and tools for assessing your level of implementation and establishing reliable systems of operation.
  • Discover how to establish an information loop to continually monitor and improve specific conditions within your school over time.
