High Reliability Teacher Institute

Allen (Dallas), Texas | November 2–4, 2020

Continually learn and grow in your critically important role as a teacher

Developing teaching expertise is a common goal, yet achieving it remains challenging. To support you, we created the High Reliability Teacher™ (HRT) program. This trusted program serves as the premier vehicle for teacher growth and development around the world.

Designed for any teacher who is interested in continual improvement, this institute focuses on the three levels of becoming a High Reliability Teacher:

  1. 1. Foundation and Reflection of Instructional Strategies
  2. 2. Student Learning
  3. 3. Valid and Rigorous Feedback

Over the course of three days, you will delve into the specifics of all three levels with our HRT experts, all of whom are outstanding former teachers. In addition, you will interact with presenters and other growth-minded educators, form individual plans for your continued development, and gain a keen understanding of a path to teaching expertise.

  • Understand how to attain continuous teaching improvement.
  • Grow professionally in instruction, assessment, and feedback.
  • Gain strategies for improving in specific teacher goal areas.
  • Learn how to measure student learning within your classroom.
  • Understand how to determine if the student achievement results you produce are valid and reliable.
  • Learn about the HRT program and how it helps teachers develop habits that lead to teaching expertise.
  • Develop an understanding of the steps required to become a certified High Reliability Teacher.
