Leadership, School Improvement, & High Reliability Schools Workshop

The main purpose of a school is student achievement, and school leaders must maintain a single-minded focus on this goal in order to attain and sustain it. During this on-site workshop, Philip B. Warrick challenges and equips leaders and leadership teams to achieve high levels of student learning by reaching a high level of reliability as a school.
Participants will explore the High Reliability Schools (HRS) framework, a hierarchy of five progressive levels of school improvement. Rather than adding any new initiatives, the HRS framework provides a structure to organize and prioritize the school’s current and future initiatives to ensure maximum success and lasting effectiveness.
