Throughout his 22-year teaching career, Sam Fritz has worked in middle and high schools as a teacher, department chair, trainer, eLearning coach, and global campus coordinator He is currently global campus coordinator for Center Grove High School in Greenwood, Indiana. Global campus offers students the opportunity to revive or ignite their high school academic goals in a rigorous and standards-based virtual curriculum.
As district-level trainer of teachers and administrators, Sam facilitates workshops in leadership, best practice, classroom management, technology integration, and teacher effectiveness. As part of his work at Center Grove Community Schools, Sam serves as a curriculum designer and lead facilitator for Teacher Leadership Exploration and Development (tLead) Academy. Teachers selected for TLead Academy spend four days in workshops to learn impactful leadership and communication skills to develop more effective collaborative teams. Through tLead Academy, nearly 100 teachers in Center Grove Community Schools have been trained in this intensive leadership curriculum over the past four years, to enhance the work within the Center Grove PLC model.
