School Leaders Development

Build dispersed leadership, and drive sustained student achievement. Building a high reliability school requires a collaborative effort that stretches from the top of the district down into the classroom. Leadership skills are crucial and can be developed.

This workshop addresses five areas of school leadership that impact student achievement and dives deep into the principal actions and behaviors that lead to success in each area:

  1. A data-driven focus on student achievement
  2. Leading a continuous improvement of instruction
  3. A guaranteed and viable curriculum
  4. Cooperation and collaboration
  5. School climate

The content and strategies in this workshop align with the Marzano School Leadership Evaluation Model and the 2008 Interstate School Leaders Licensure Consortium Standards.
