In this session Dr. Mario Acosta will explore how campus and district leaders can use HRS to create the conditions for success in their post-pandemic school improvement planning. Using the HRS leading indicators to design improvement goals, participants will discuss potential lagging indicators and quick data systems to create the conditions for ongoing monitoring of the campus improvement efforts. Participants will be given examples of practice from current HRS network schools.
