Instructional coaching plays a crucial role in creating a system for teacher effectiveness. It provides a space for teachers to develop their expertise and practice.

In this workshop, participants will discover how to build a coaching culture and mindset in their school or district, including those without designated coaches. Participants will dive into the coaching process through the use of short videos of classroom instruction to experience the process, tools, and feedback protocol.

Experts will also explore the Marzano model of instructional rounds and how it serves as an extension of the enhanced instructional coaching process to reach all school teachers.
