Joe Miniscalco has over 30 years of experience as a professional educator. He has served as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, senior director of technology and administrative services, and senior director of elementary and secondary instruction.

Joe Miniscalco has over 30 years of experience as a professional educator. During his tenure in education, he has served as a teacher across preK–12 campuses. He has also served as an assistant principal, principal, senior director of technology and administrative services, and senior director of elementary and secondary instruction. Joe led a curriculum and instruction division as an assistant superintendent and most recently has served as an executive director of school leadership and school improvement.
He also has experience as a consultant and professional developer across the leadership-development and school-improvement space. He has worked with schools to help them identify, implement, and monitor highly reliable, high-yield systems and strategies that are evidence-based and support growth in student achievement.
Joe received his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. He earned his advanced degree and leadership certifications from Texas A&M at Commerce and The University of North Texas.
