With over 24 years in the field, she has held various roles including state leadership development coach, academic achievement specialist, assistant principal, and classroom teacher at both elementary and secondary levels. She is dedicated to enhancing student growth and learning systems, focusing particularly on social and emotional learning.
As a contributing author of The School Wellness Wheel, Crystal showcases her commitment to improving educational systems through her work. She has also been actively engaged with High Reliability Schools, drawing on the work of Dr. Bob Marzano to drive student and school success for the past six years.
Crystal obtained her bachelor’s degree in special education from the University of Central Arkansas, a master’s degree in adult education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a specialist in educational leadership from Arkansas State University.
