With 34 years of experience in the School District of Lee County, Dr. Luster has held various roles including teacher, assistant principal, principal, and director. Throughout her career, she has provided professional development for adult learners, facilitated interest-based problem-solving processes, and demonstrated strong organizational leadership and managerial skills. She has successfully led diverse groups and consistently adhered to organizational guidelines and practices.
Dr. Luster has been recognized as a Principal of the Year at both the district and state levels. She has made significant contributions to increasing student achievement and retaining effective staff.
She graduated from the University of South Florida, earning both an undergraduate and a graduate degree in elementary education and educational leadership. Additionally, she received her doctorate from Nova Southeastern University.
