Jennifer Ingram is a curriculum and instruction leader dedicated to supporting teachers in building clear, standards-based systems that drive student learning. With over 18 years of experience in education, she has helped schools transform learning by aligning curriculum, assessment, and instruction to better serve both teachers and students.

As the preK-12 math and STEM curriculum coordinator for Deer Creek Schools in Edmond, Oklahoma, Jennifer leads districtwide curriculum mapping, designs priority standards-aligned assessments, leads professional development, and coaches professional learning communities (PLCs). She played a key leadership role in the implementation of standards-based grading districtwide and helped establish STEM pathways for students from elementary through high school. Her work coaching schools and teachers through High Reliability Teacher (HRT) certification and High Reliability Schools (HRS) certification reflects her commitment to building educator capacity through clear, supportive systems.

Jennifer’s leadership is grounded in her extensive application of the Marzano Teacher Evaluation Framework—as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and curriculum leader. She specializes in translating research-based practices into clear, practical strategies that give educators the confidence to successfully implement district initiatives.

At the core of Jennifer’s work is a deep belief that standards-based grading is more than a system—it is a catalyst for developing growth mindsets, ownership of learning, and authentic empowerment in students. She partners with teachers to create environments where students can thrive and where clear instruction paves the way for meaningful academic growth.

Jennifer is a Level 1-certified High Reliability Teacher. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University and a master's degree in educational leadership from the University of Central Oklahoma.
