Kim Frees has worked in education for over 25 years and currently serves as an elementary school principal. Kim has taught kindergarten through sixth grade, served as an instructional coach and assistant principal, and was named Assistant Principal of the Year in Colorado. She has worked with Marzano Academies for the past three years with a focus on competency-based learning.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Bemidji University and a master’s degree in administration and instructional leadership from Colorado Mesa University.
