Lynn Leslie is an elementary school principal in Casper, Wyoming. Throughout her 20 year career she has taught at the elementary and middle levels in addition to administration. Lynn led the process of choosing priority standards, the application of proficiency scales and creation of aligned assessments from the classroom at the middle level. Through this process, the school moved to meeting expectations and led the district middle schools in student achievement. She is leading the implementation of the PLC process in her current position. Lynn is passionate about sharing the impact of standards-referenced education with teachers and school leaders to support lasting change in the education system.
