Mitch Craft spent over two decades working in K–12 schools, serving as a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, principal, and assistant superintendent. The school Mitch led as principal was recognized as a Model Professional Learning Communities at Work® school, National Distinguished Title I School, and National Blue Ribbon School, and his former school district is widely recognized as one of the highest performers in the Rocky Mountain region.
In 2016, Mitch was named National Distinguished Principal for Wyoming. His expertise and passions center on supporting principals and leaders as they implement frameworks proven to improve outcomes and experiences for educators and their students.
