Sandy Ledwell, EdD, spent over 25 years as a teacher, teacher leader, instructional coach, and state department administrator, working across grades preK–12. Now, she is the dean of the College of Education at Faulkner University, where she enjoys working with teacher candidates in instructional methods courses. Her current professional interests include developing curricula and instructional tools, facilitating change and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting beginning teachers, and incorporating assessment results in teaching and coaching.
