Toby Boss, EdD, is the director of professional development at Educational Service Unit 6, a regional service agency in Nebraska. He has experience as a classroom teacher, district administrator, and professional development consultant. Dr. Boss has worked directly with schools to provide training on topics such as implementing an instructional model, goal setting and reflective practice, and supervision of instruction. He also serves as a High Reliability Schools (HRS) associate and has certified more than thirty-five schools in the HRS framework. Dr. Boss earned a bachelor of science degree in secondary education, a master of arts in economics, and his doctoral degree from the University of Nebraska- Lincoln..
