    Michael Grenda has spent 23 years of his educational career as a teacher, dean, and principal to the students and families of North Chicago School District #187. In 2021, he became a member of the high reliability schools’ network and is currently leading his middle school campus in HRS work while also leading his team in the adoption of The New Art and Science of Teaching.

Miranda specializes in supporting school districts and campuses operating in Marzano’s High Reliability Schools framework and designs specialized professional development, work sessions and coaching for educators based on their specific needs.

    Logan Heflebower has been coaching baseball since his collegiate playing career came to a close in 2019. He is the infield coach at Division II, Colorado Christian University, in Lakewood.

    Dr. Bret Heller, EdD, has over 20 years of public education experience and is the superintendent of the School Town of Munster, Indiana. He is dedicated to instructional leadership, assessment, and cultivating high reliability schools for academic excellence and student success.

  7. Lynne Herr

    Assessment

    Lynne Herr, PhD, is a technology-focused professional development specialist and Google Certified Educator and Trainer. She also teaches graduate courses in technology leadership and skill development for the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Dr. Herr served as K–12 school technology director in Waverly, Nebraska for ten years.

  8. Jeremy Hill

    Assessment

    Jeremy Hill, EdD, has over 25 years of experience in education at both the elementary and secondary levels. He spent 12 years as a classroom teacher before assuming the role of high school assistant principal in urban and rural settings. In 2016, he was named the first principal of Willow Creek Elementary School in Riverton, Wyoming. As a School Wellness Wheel and Humanized Education associate, Dr. Hill works directly with educational institutions to help design and coach systems of support focused on mastery-based learning, growth-based schooling, and strength-based teaching.

  9. Jan K. Hoegh

    Jan K. Hoegh has been an educator for over 35 years. She has served as a classroom teacher, building leader, professional development specialist, high school assistant principal, curriculum coordinator, and assistant director of statewide assessment.

    Erin Lacina serves as the director of professional learning and operations at a regional education agency. She is committed to fostering close partnerships with schools to enhance student learning and promote continuous system growth. Specializing in standards-based learning, Erin has successfully led framework implementations at the school, district, regional, and state levels. Her previous experience as an instructional coach and classroom teacher provides her with a unique perspective on professional learning and its practical application. Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Moorhead State University and a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from the College of St. Catherine.
