Shelly Swanson is a dedicated educator and a driven leader with 25 years of experience in public and private schools. She has worked as a classroom teacher and school administrator at both elementary and secondary levels, serving in five different school districts across the Midwest. She is enthusiastic about helping educators improve their instructional practices and leading school improvement initiatives at the building and district levels.
Shelly earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education with a middle school endorsement from Moorhead State University and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Tri-College University.
