The New Art and Science of Teaching Virtual Workshop
Great teaching doesn’t happen by chance. It happens by design.
This one-day workshop brings together educators across roles—classroom teachers, instructional coaches, principals, and district leaders—to focus on what effective teaching looks like when a shared vision and common instructional language are in place.
Grounded in research and anchored in real classroom practice, participants will explore a coherent framework for effective instruction using The New Art and Science of Teaching as a guiding model. Rather than a collection of disconnected strategies, this session emphasizes how instructional practices work together to create intentional, high-impact learning experiences that improve student achievement.
Throughout the time, participants will move beyond theory to application—examining classroom scenarios, engaging in collaborative discussion, and identifying strategies they can immediately apply. The workshop is designed to be practical, interactive, and reflective, with a strong focus on translating research into daily instructional decisions.
Join us for a day of learning, collaboration, and clarity—where research meets practice and educators leave with a shared language and actionable next steps.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
