The Marzano High Reliability Schools framework serves as a long-term strategic planning guide for schools and districts. In this session, Dr. Acosta will focus heavily on the Professional Learning Community and resulting collaborative teams process designed to support the work of a High Reliability School. Participants will not only explore how to install high functioning collaborative teams, but they will also discuss ways to monitor and give feedback to teams. Participants will be given examples of implementation and practice.
