Participants will leave with practical strategies and tools they can implement immediately to support beginning teachers—and help them thrive during their early career years and beyond.

Explore the research on goal setting and two different kinds of learning goals. Then learn how to design goals that align with proficiency scales, measure student performance, and track results.
