Leadership, School Improvement, & High Reliability Schools
A Live Event with Philip B. Warrick
The main purpose of a school is student achievement, and school leaders must maintain a single-minded focus on this goal in order to attain and sustain it. During this highly interactive virtual workshop, Philip B. Warrick challenges and equips leaders and leadership teams to achieve high levels of student learning by reaching a high level of reliability as a school.
Participants will explore the High Reliability Schools (HRS) framework, a hierarchy of five progressive levels of school improvement. Rather than adding any new initiatives, the HRS framework provides a structure to organize and prioritize the school’s current and future initiatives to ensure maximum success and lasting effectiveness.
Join Phil Warrick for an experience that may change your perspective on the ability of schools to guarantee the success of every student.
