Leading a High Reliability School Virtual Workshop

Discover a clear path for implementing the High Reliability Schools™ (HRS) framework in your school or district. Based on five decades of research, the framework defines five progressive levels of school improvement:

  • Safe, Supportive and Collaborative Culture
  • Effective Teaching in Every Classroom
  • Guaranteed and Viable Curriculum
  • Standards-Referenced Reporting
  • Competency-Based Education

During this two-day virtual training, school and district leaders will learn how to use the framework as a strategic planning guide for reshaping systems and structures and, ultimately, significantly increasing student achievement.

Learning Outcomes

  • Learn why the HRS framework is a powerful solution for school improvement.
  • Explore critical aspects to the HRS leadership approach, including leading indicators, lagging indicators, and the use of Quick Data.
  • Gain practical strategies and tools for assessing your level of implementation and establishing reliable systems of operation.
  • Discover how to establish an information loop to continually monitor and improve specific conditions within your school over time.

  • Cancellations more than 90 days prior to the event require a $75 processing fee per person.
  • Cancellations between 10 and 90 days prior to the event require half the registration fee.
  • Cancellations less than 10 days prior to the event will receive no refund.
