- Patrick B. Hardy
Dr. Patrick B. Hardy is the current principal at Hinsdale South High School in Illinois and has enjoyed a distinguished 26-year career in education. Notably, Dr. Hardy was principal at Proviso East High School in Maywood, Illinois, which became the first certified Marzano Academy in the nation. Dr. Hardy’s work has focused on school transformation and innovation, leadership development and coaching, equitable education, and personalized competency-based education.
- Miranda Havins
Miranda Havins serves as a High Reliability Schools regional program lead and instructional coaching specialist at Region 9 ESC in Wichita Falls, Texas. Miranda specializes in supporting school districts and campuses operating in Marzano’s High Reliability Schools framework and designs specialized professional development, work sessions and coaching for educators based on their specific needs.

Tammy Heflebower, EdD, is a highly sought-after school leader and presenter with vast experience in urban, rural, and suburban districts throughout the United States, Australia, Canada, Denmark, Great Britain, and the Netherlands.
- Logan Heflebower
Logan Heflebower has been coaching baseball since his collegiate playing career came to a close in 2019. He is the infield coach at Division II, Colorado Christian University, in Lakewood.
- Lynne Herr
Lynne Herr, PhD, is a technology-focused professional development specialist and Google Certified Educator and Trainer. She also teaches graduate courses in technology leadership and skill development for the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Dr. Herr served as K–12 school technology director in Waverly, Nebraska for ten years.
- Jan K. Hoegh
Jan K. Hoegh has been an educator for over 35 years. She has served as a classroom teacher, building leader, professional development specialist, high school assistant principal, curriculum coordinator, and assistant director of statewide assessment.
- Jeff Holm
Dr. Jeff Holm is the superintendent in Willmar, Minnesota. Dr. Holm has over 35 years of experience as a teacher, a principal, and an assistant superintendent, in addition to his eight years leading Willmar Public Schools. He is particularly proud of his efforts to lead a standards-based learning initiative in Willmar, which has required significant organizational change.

John M. Hudson is a middle school principal with over 20 years of experience in education. Previously, he served as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, and elementary principal. John's work has focused on school transformation, teacher leadership development and coaching, and High Reliability Schools.
- Brian J. Kosena
Brian J. Kosena, EdD, is the Director of Teaching and Learning in Westminster Public Schools. Previously, he was the founding principal of John E. Flynn A Marzano Academy, a preK–8 school of innovation in Westminster Public Schools in Westminster, Colorado.
- Nicole Lambson
Nicole Lambson has spent the past 19 years as a middle school teacher, instructional coach and administrator for Farmington Municipal Schools. Nicole is the executive director of curriculum and works to improve student outcomes through the High Reliability Schools framework, the New Art and Science of Teaching, and the Critical Concepts.
